Nextool flashlight problem

Many people have same this problem :(
How to fix this???

same problem, after it was dropped once, not even a hard drop by accidentally swiping it off the table. Funny thing is the flashlight worked fine, then while using it a few nights later the light just turns itself off. The side cob lights are fine. Cant use the main light. what a shame, had so many uses for its design. I see a lot of people have the same issue here, it could be that their LED supply had problems. Now its just collecting dust because I got a new flashlight!

Mine will not charge correctly. I can put it for hours on the charger but it will never show the blue light (fully charged indicator) and after charging it still just lights up for a secound 😣
Any help or information on how to open the flashlight? Could find any screws to open it.

I have similar problem (after the flaslight is dropped). could be the mainlamp driver is separte from the rest of the or the drivers. mine is still working but the it is on lower lumens.

when the first red light is on double tap two to three times

I received mine yesterday and it doesn't work out of the box. So disappointed... thank god i'll get a refund.

Same thing happened to me after 1hr of runtime no drops, piece of junk, no easy way to disassemble

Mine also got this problem. The main LED is broken. Just need to change with the new LED.

Remove the front lens and check the connection
