Trouble with your take on this is you're looking at the absolute peak of the class utilising every bug they can get ahold of, it is in no way reflective of gameplay for 99% of the playerbase and thus the ACTUAL balance

I've been playing Barbarian this season. I've used a Steel Grasp/Thorns build and had have a lot of fun with it. I've gotten my Steel Grasp cooldown to just over 2 seconds, something like 2.3, as well as getting Iron Maelstrom down to 22 seconds but with my setup I can reduce it down by 7 seconds each time I hit with Steel Grasp so Its up almost immediately after a few Steel Grasps. I think with better gear, don't have ancestral gear in my boots or two handed slashing, I could possible get Steel Grasp below 2 seconds and Iron Maelstrom down to below 15 seconds so both would be up all the time or close to it. Still have a long way to go because I'm less then level 200, haven't reached max in glyphs + masterworking, and barely have any GAs on my gear. Still think it needs something a little more to get it there but does feel good.

Nothing even touchs the Jumglemonk (spiritborn), I have a necro, sorc and junglemonk all very well geared and the sorc and necro are not even close to 50% of the junglemonk power and are far harder work to push pit as they rely on near perfect management of buffs etc... whereas SB just literally button mash for an EASY 120+

Hanlon's razor says "Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity" but man, there is a lot of clear and obvious "bugs" making SB "overpowered". If these are indeed bugs, how did they get released, a game the size of D4 has massive testings teams. Maybe they were found and waived "wont fix" or "by design" but then having to double back on it, calling it an exploit...meh, i am just ranting now .

I just hope they make the other classes comparable

Basically this isn't the "fun" list of builds... it's the ones using really complicated and stupid bugs/exploits/snap shotting to cheese the game mechanics. That doesn't help us much.

Blizz will just fix the SB bugs. Easier to fix/nerf than it is to buff the other classes. They are that lazy
