Many of the best concepts are not permitted even to be admitted to a peer reviewed journal in the first place. Peer reviewed journal is a way to control what ideas are allowed to be seen and which are not. That's all a peer reviewed journal is. Don't use the word peer reviewed journal and think you are saying something meaningful.
