Hey we have a one but 2 years older a mariner 2 stroke fifteen horse and it is having problems running we have just put on a new bulb a fuel line hose a new vented gas tank and everything's hooked up right we went out today and it started right up we went out fishing and it shut off 600 yards or so away from the docks and we floated down the lake calling people for help which they did I'm thinking its not getting fuel all the way to the engine we ran it yesterday though all day putting cover on duck blinds and it worked amazing but it won't turn over today

They're decent engines until you hit a rock, they don't have shear pins, so hit a rock and you'll break a prop shaft
