FANTASTIC BUSH PLANE!! DRACO, A SCALE FLYING DEMON!! BY FGFRC

DRACO cannot fit into any rc plane category. It is just too unique. It is so scale in design and performance it almost like it was literally shrunk down to a 2 meter wingspan size and given an electric motor. As far as uncategorized unique rc planes the DRACO is my favorite. As far as traditional rc planes the Eflite Turbo Timber Evolution is my favorite.
The DRACO may be expensive,but when you consider the engineering, design, and scope of what Eflite was recreating in DRACO it is worth every penny.

Maiden my Draco last night, have had it since April, life has a way of getting in the way. 6 cell, 6000 mAh battery. About 6 minutes, first landing Captain Kangaroo would have been proud. Second landing, it quit flying before on the ground, dropped about a foot, third landing was smooth. I stopped at that one. I agree with you, the plane is different, not bad, just flys different. Heavy, don’t think the wind will be a problem. Thanks for your reviews, and always keep laughing. Nothing else, it confuses everyone watching you.

Close landings are good, but not so close that you have to get out of your own way. Hahaha

I love mine. I’ve been out flying everyday since I got it a few weeks ago. Very scale flying plane and very stable too! I need to call horizon though as I’ve found that the tailwheel assembly has a lot more lateral play than I’d like it too. I think it reduces the steering circle a little bit.

Great flying Greg from all the videos I have watched on the tt evolution and the draco I chose the tt evolution to buy not because of the price difference but because I'm going to get the same amount of plane plus floats as the Draco! They in my opinion both fly the same almost, both have thrust reversing but I can't fly the Draco off of water! I have to wait until next week to get my evolution here in Canada and can't wait to get it in the air! Keep up with the excellent videos they are coming in beautifully with your setup!! See you've brought the beast out to play does look impressive... One minute it looks as if you have to land it like a war bird. Under speed other times you can float it in... Think the reason. You enjoy the evolution your RELAXED this beast your as tight as a skin on a snare drum.. And I think that goes for everyone

Awesome plane! What is the 'pavement' runway made of? I use to stand on runway all the time. If no one there, shouldn't matter :)

Great flying! DRACO is indeed a unique bird! I fly mine with a DX9 also and I love it.
