Climate change adaptation reporting best practice webinar

This is a recording of the 'Climate change adaptation reporting best practice' webinar which took place on 24 February.

2021 will be a critical year for adaptation in the UK. Not only will COP26 be taking place but the Climate Change Committee will be publishing their biennial Progress Report and Evidence report which will inform the UK Government’s third Climate Change Risk Assessment.

Defra have also set a deadline of December 2021 for reporting organisations to submit their reports under the third round of the climate change adaptation reporting power. These reports are an important way of assessing how prepared organisations are to our changing climate, but inconsistencies in reports across organisations and across sectors in the previous rounds means that it’s been difficult to understand what actions are being taken and where progress is lacking.
