In the future for large logs you can try leaving some wood to the side as an axle and putting wheels on it (or inserting pegs to put the wheels on). It is how the Romans used to move large stones

As I watch you build something I question your methods. However, there is no questioning the fabulous results. You clearly have an above-average understanding of Engineering, photography, and the benefit of hard work, but most of all I find joy in your appreciation of the simple things: The beauty of construction sand, your joy and appreciation of chickens and fish and pigs. Looks nice. I am impressed with how you can build structures out of green wood without them warping too much from drying out.

But I have a suggestion for you.

If you intend to make a clay tile roof, you need two layers of connected smaller wood pieces on which you will be resting the tiles. One layer goes upwards from top to bottom and then you have one layer that goes left to let you layer the tiles as evenly as possible.

I also suggest nailing them in place too. Since you have a lot of hard storms I suggest you make the clay tiles with premade holes for where you need to nail them in place to lessen the risk of them falling off the roof by a powerful gust of wind.
