The Early Show - Kids under 2 shouldn't watch TV at all: study

A study by the American Academy of Pediatrics found that children under the age of two shouldn't be watching any television at all. Dr. Jon LaPook reports on the study.

If you notice the number of people who come to your site as opposed to the more popular tv shows, it's a reflection on the average IQ of the American public. I consider it dangerous to put a child in front of a tv. An example of this is the the tv show "two and a half men." It showed the life style of a druged out, drunken womanizer is a lot of fun. The reality is, look how Charlie Sheen turned out.

Good morning I need some help please am a grand mother an my grandson watches TV whole day when time for bed and you turn if the TV he will bawl an get on. I get up for work at 4am leave home 5:15am an he's up watching TV. I spoke to the mother to be more concern is like a deaf eare. Am concerned he's I'd 8yrs old. He is not sleeping. Not even in the day just to take a little nap. Is a problem. I am fed-up.

What's wrong with having a TV in you're room?? That means you're lucky enough to have one or afford one!!! We have 5 TV's in our house and were doing Great!! :D
