What’s up With the 'Black Hebrew Israelites'? With Allen Parr

Ran into one of these guys in a McDonald’s. He was trying to evangelize to me and a bunch of white people. We asked him about salvation and how it works. He seemed to believe that only Jews and black people could be saved. We were like….. “why are you evangelizing to a bunch of white dudes in the Deep South if you don’t believe that we can be saved in the first place? Are you just here to hang hell and damnation over our heads?”

The guy we were talking to seemed to respect Paul’s writings though, and would contemplate his words when I would quote Romans.

All of my friends were angry with me for arguing history with him, but I was really curious about his ideas. He was arguing that King James was black. I was like, “The king of Scotland? Have you been to Scotland?”

My family can trace our family line back to 370 AD in Rome. We are related directly to the English royalty.

it seemed I was the only person in my company that he would discus scripture with because I was the only one of us who read and memorized KJV.

First of all, the Hebrew Israelites don't identify themselves with Africa or African people. They believe that they're a completely separate race, the descendants of Shem, while African people are the descendants of Ham. It's weird that Allen Parr would leave this fact out.

If you have that type of spirit, condescending, yelling, abrasive...you are not walking in spirit and in truth. Those people have issues. That's a red flag that may not be saved. God resists the proud. Pride is a dangerous thing...many types of wickedness come from pride. Thank you so much Allen Parr for your teachings and FYI warning.

I grew up fundamentalist Christian. I reached high-school, then rejected Christ for about a decade before I finally truly accepted his love. Now hebrew israelites are popping up in my family. Now I pray for THEM. How the tables turn. I’m sure they prayed for me for years.

One of my friends in high school became a "Hebrew Israelite" in her final year of high school and I was soooo sad! I was trying to show her scripture after scripture in the Bible to debunk her beliefs. When we started dividing the Jesus's Church by social constructs like race and ethnicity, we lose the essence of what He told us disciples to reach: EVERYONE, EVERYWHERE 😭! Racism, Misogny, and classism are still major dividers in the church, if only we entered the conversations with humility, grace, and love that the Holy Spirit gifts!

If you’ve noticed he NEVER gives you a scripture to counteract the scriptures that we Hebrews use as evidence to prove we are who we say we are. The truth is in the word of Elohim and he never gives you a scripture. All he does is try to character assassinate the black Hebrew Israelite. this is a true characteristic of deception, associated with a characteristic of spiritual host of wickedness. Remember, my brothers and sisters that your faith should not be in the wisdom of man, but in the power of the Most High Elohim.

He is not presenting any facts just his opinion. Furthermore his explanation makes no sense. . If the Babylonians left Israel with the captives and either went to Egypt or Babylon they would not have used a ship. All three are connected by land. Take a look at where Israel, Egypt and modern day Iraq, which was supposed to be ancient Babylon is on a map. Why would a ship have been used? It had to be referring to another place and time. Also Deuteronomy 28 is not alone there are several other scriptures that suggest Israelite's don't match the people in Israel today. For instant, the children of Israel are not supposed to know who they are. How does that fit prophecy if a people say we always knew who we were. I think a proper debate would be to bring the opposing side on and then let each them speak for themselves.
