Making things more difficult is that our unhealed emotional pain is also responsible for avoiding the source of the problem. That is why these maladies have continued for generations.

As a society, we are all stuck in the Worst Day Cycle.

Therefore, the mission of The Greatness Movement is to conquer that long avoided frontier. To do that, we need new knowledge that can be developed into a skill and ultimately refined into a tool to heal that pain and stop the generational transference of The Worst Day Cycle. In short, we need emotional mastery.

Ohmygosh I can’t believe how right you are! You are an amazing person. I am glad to see where I am on the spectrum. I’m the love avoidant. I am glad to see in your videos that I am also responsible for the mess. It never feels right to be blaming the other party when I have so much wrong. I have chosen to remain single now. I’m too old for all of this.

Thank you Kenny, I just learned something… I’m an avoidant. I can’t stand feeling smothered, chased after and constantly having to feel like the other person needs me and is sucking from me. I get exhausted from all the listening. I do crave real true intimacy but I find just about everyone is hiding behind a mask. Perhaps I have unrealistic expectations of relationships. I know it’s risky being vulnerable but everything else seems to fall short.
