NDP wants 'immediate' action on long-term care legislation

NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh says the party wants to see immediate action to legislate a higher standard of care in long-term care homes in Canada. The Liberals promised to draft legislation during the last election, and that promise is a condition of the party's confidence and supply agreement with the NDP to prevent an election before 2025.
