Christmas Chocolate Crack Cookies:
Flour - 150 g
Cocoa - 50 g
Sugar - 160 g
Vanillin
Salt - 1 pinch
Butter - 100 g
Egg - 2 pcs.
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Powdered sugar
1. Mix sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, cocoa with soft butter, add eggs, flour and baking powder, mix until smooth.
2. Place in the freezer for 1 hour. The dough must harden so that it can be rolled into balls weighing 25-30 grams.
3. Roll the balls in powdered sugar. Place on baking paper, leaving space between the balls as they will increase in size during baking.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Let the finished cookies cool a little, because they are very tender, then you can remove them from the baking sheet.
