For anyone trying to learn how to do the TimeFart Pause you have to do a mission where you go pick up a prescription from the medical thing that has guns. Freeman will pop up talking to you and explain how to do it and that's how you learn TimeFart Pause and then you could go get the guinea pig after that mission.

If there’s one thing I can criticize this game for its opening up missions before the required skill from a main mission is granted to the player. This just leads to unnecessary confusion; resorting to a guide after trying for several minutes; and then being annoyed as you walk painfully slow to the next fast travel point.

This fucking pissed me off. You’re supposed to have already learned the mechanic when given this mission. Or at least told WHERE to gain it. Such bullshit. Failure in game design.

It doesn’t even tell you that YOu DONT have that power yet. It just says DO IT.

I did it the easy way!
When you enter the room Stripe is on the floor, while you're at door don't move just pause time then just take Stripe
You don't have to throw your farts to get him out of vent
This guy just did it the hard way!
