Yeah, it's underwhelming, I agree. City theme collectors may want to add it to a swimming pool display.

I also agree that the GwP lack consistency. There have been many of them that I would have bought on their own but just can't justify the ridiculous spending thresholds! I feel that sometimes we forget that Lego is a toy and that water park would keep a child entertained. Those are my thoughts though.
