Oh my gosh, King’s Vegetarian makes the best “steak”. They’re a shreddy & thready texture and flavour-packed. Wish I could send you some. $20 bucks for a big bag that lasts forever!!!

I like the beyond steak! But I cook it up extra long so it’s not chewy and make it with soy sauce bbq sauce and miyokos or I do a Chinese style for my fiancés flavor profile and we do low sodium soy sauce, vegan oyster sauce, water, organic rock sugar, garlic and some bay leaf and star anise to cook down with it and often toss some Lao gan ma or chili paste on for good measure 😂 but yea it’s perfect bc all 3 of us eat differently and all 3 of us love that dish with some rice, cabbage or broccoli. I think I’m gonna go make that for dinner now 😝
