Don’t buy it for a dog hair!!! It will tangle and die and my experience was it took 15-20 min to cut out tangles in the brushes. Yes I used the version for pet hair and no it failed every time I ran it. That and it ate up on the battery, including the 4 amps, its suction was often too much for rugs yet it couldn’t clean up between cracks. I could’ve ignored the rest but the dog hair tangles and clogs ruined my vac so I returned it for the newest stick vac Shark Stratos and that hasn’t tangled once! I have two Aussies, one being part husky so ik when a vac works and doesn’t! The Shark Stratos sucks up better than Ryobi, can handle most rugs, battery is about the same maybe better and can suck shit out of the cracks! Love mine, wished I found it first.
