This class is really great. Thanks for this. This one is little too fast pace at some places but it is still quite amazing. Also learning from your other videos. Thanks. You are doing a great work as I didn’t realise that I can do the yoga so effectively by following online videos 😊

Kathy - I am so delighted to have found you and though I have been a yogi for 20 yrs, I am now in my early 70s and with degenerative pains in my arms and neck. As this is beginners, at times I'm a little behind in catching up with you and lose it completely.
