This is an awesome video demonstration but I still cannot get the notes you are playing, even in slow motion would it be possible for you to write down the notes you're playing on the left-hand thank you so much

Merci pour ses vidéos, tu as su me motiver pour apprendre les boogies, et en un mois de travail intensif et épuisant (je ne pouvais parfois plus bouger le poignet tant j'avais mal, j'avais pas touché à un piano depuis 2 ans et je n'avais que peu d'expérience à l'époque) je sais aujourd'hui jouer Whole Lotta Shakin' Going' On de Jerry Lee Lewis. Je continue de travailler quotidiennement, et je te remercie pour tout ça ;)

It’s hard to see what you are doing even in slow-mo. It would be helpful to see a key break down without the rhythm. The movements are so natural for you they’re not deliberate enough for me to see what you’re doing. This is the first one I’m having trouble catching on.
