Thanks for the video - I just don't understand why Elgato have refused to acknowledge let alone provide solution to the camlink 4k problems that is documented in all possible channels on social media and to their website. The camlink 4k freezes, works for a few minutes and goes blank, last only a few months and then stops working. There are a lot of videos suggesting different solutions on Youtube that has not worked and not one video about these issues from elgato itself. Why such contempt for your customers

DIsculpen mi camara cumple con cada una des esas caracteristicas, pero apesar de eso llega a los 30 min y en modo fotografia se apaga en 30 min y video, la pregunta es realmente una bateria falsa podria hacer que mi camara funcione por fin? es una sl3/ 250D, YO TENGO la de europa porque la sl3 estaba mal, pero en la pagina vi que la sl3 es compatible, pero mágicamente dejo de funcionar, así me cambio por su modelo 250 D que es lo mismo ya busque incluso diferencia en estas cámaras y no hay ninguna por lo que ya use la capture el gato camlink 4k y si se ve en mi monitor y cumple cada una de las caracteristicas de la camara, pero aun así se apaga antes de los 30 min, ya sea como fotografía o modo video y ya no se como hacerlo funcionar, o creen que deba devolverla?

Gracias si alguien lee esto y mucho mejor si podrían ayudarme, por que enserio me gaste una fuerte suma aquí en latinoamerica y que tenga todas la opciones en especial la de desactivar el apagado automático y aun así no pasa de los miserables 30 min.
