I received my first one from EE, same issue with the 5head.
I got a second one at Walmart and it was perfectly placed.
Now I am a little more comfortable boiling and popping the first helmet to see if it's a potential fix.

I love her sculpt overall. The head portrait is beautiful ofc, but her overall musculature & definition (particularly in her upper torso/neckline & legs seems much more detailed than previous female figs. Almost kinda makes me want an updated Teela & She-Ra fig lol. Awesome review!

I love this figure so much I bought two. I checked the headdress on both of mine and you are right yours is way higher. That sucks. Also I'm 100% with you on the tape. I don't get it. They've been using tape since they launched this line and it has always irritated me. Not only does it leave residue but it causes the ends of the capes to roll. I wish they would do better with their soft goods. King Greyskull with his wired cape was amazing. All these others are so so cheap.

The headdress has raised my eyebrow so high that I put out a petition on my website ' leatherpants, women's shoes, bowling equipment, sporting goods, erotica and toys and games, vintage records, movie memorabilia and bait and tackle ' that mattel should immediately put out a corrected release. With proper proportion of scalp and headdress and double jointed elbows. 😂❤

I'm sure you can pull that helmet off if you let that head soak for a few minutes in hot water. I've pulled hair off a lot of figures that way- it might take some effort to break apart the glued areas, but then you should get it sitting better on the head.

I can't wait until they give us a Teela using that body- hopefully they nail the Teela head sculpt!

These new Eternia figures are updated versions of the classic figures but not as modern as the Revelation figures. Great review. Definitely. Picking her up.

It is placed higher than it should be, luckily, it’s a super easy fix. Just drop the head in hot water for 30 seconds at a time and slowly try to removed, you can reglue it in the proper place. Hope that helps.

It's a definite issue with other evil lyn's so main reason I both a second one when I saw her in the wild and returned the other one and got my money back.
There are quite a few Mattel QC issues with the helmet of this evil lyn unfortunately

I stopped collecting masterverse because of the wonky articulation and lackluster paint. But I'm gonna pick this one up! She looks too good.

You got a flawed copy, Mine doesn't have the helmet sitting that way. But my copy did have a flawed leg, one internal hip joint set too low, and I had to force it upward to look right, but my problem was fixable, yours would require customizing, Boiling water and a screwdriver may solve your problem, but if you've never done that ? you may wanna contact someone who has. or live with it as it is.

You may need to use hot water on the head to remove the helmet. It should loosen the glue.
