Is it good to pray before meals?

I had quite a few good retreats there when my brother was there. So many laughs and maybe a couple of pranks on occasion . So cool to see this pop up on my feed

I go to a catholic school, and me and some of the basketball kids went out to lunch, and since one of the kids dad is a coach he went, he came over to us and said “did you say Grace?” And I was like “oh no!” then we started grace. but thank goodness that he came over to remind us
