Naomi is so lovely. It’s so incredibly refreshing to see an actress without a face full of fillers and Botox. Gorgeous, talented woman.

This has become one of my favorite videos because of the menopause. I started my menopause journey when I turned 55. I was full throttle with all of the symptoms. The night sweats were 24/7! My doctor, my OBGYN, everyone didn't know what to do for me. I asked my Mom how long her menopause lasted because I never saw my Mom break a sweat or have any symptoms. My Mom said it didn't last very long. I've suffered with menopause for exactly 9 years!! I turned 64 this March and my symptoms are finally subsiding. My Mom passed 3 years ago and I had to endure this journey by trial and error. I know my skin has changed, my body has changed drastically and I've lost 3/4 of my hair. I'm hoping I can at least grow some of my hair back. The dryness my skin has and still is enduring is literally life changing. I'm finding that speaking with other menopausal women have helped me immensely. I can't even count on my doctors for help with this. I'm saving Naomi's video because I enjoyed it so much and hopefully more women may come forward and talk about menopause. Love to all the beautiful ladies out there going through this phase of life🙏💕

It’s refreshing to see a celeb age with grace. At least to me, it doesn’t look like she’s had much work done. She’s always been beautiful.

When I started perimenopause I had the biggest shock of my life. No one warned me what I was going through. Transparency is so important not just for physical health but also for mental health

I also experienced early menopause with the effects in my body, skin and mind. It is so refreshing to see that Naomi did not take the easy route to get her face filled with things that would make her look unreal. She is beautiful and perfect, just as many women who go through this process. Thank you not only for this tutorial, but also for keeping it real. RESPECT!!

My goodness she is gorgeous! Always has been and still is! How BRILLIANT that she's being a very famous voice for women and the inevitable! All women will experience menopause. Guaranteed fact! Yet it's never discussed out in the open. This is fantastic of her to do💕

I'm glad she pointed out how our skin changes with age as women. We have to prepare early on and thank you for taking the shame out of menopause. I too talk to my girlfriends about this type of stuff and they definitely react like I'm nuts 😂

this is why i love these videos from women above 40.. because they know things that a 25 year old don't. so many young people use all these "preventative" things - hailey bieber comes to mind. claiming all these things - which ACTUALLY - how do you know its doing anything when you are still a baby face yourself? with these women above 35 they actually ooze with beauty in such a special way. Naomi is such a gorgeous women and i LOVE she talked about menopause.

It's good to have conversation and products about menopause, its generally avoided by most influencers. One of the ways to know when you might be entering menopause is when your mother went through it, its certainly not an easy time for most women.
