Tempo Runs:
Tempo runs are another drill for which coaches can use the full 100 yards of the football field.

Have players start at a corner of an end zone and stride for 100 yards
Focus on long steps, slower than a sprint, faster than a jog
Jog across to the opposite side of the end zone
Stride 100 yards again
Walk across the end zone to the starting point
Repeat four to 10 times.
Again, start with the lower training volume (four sets) early on and increase it as the season progresses.

yoo... Tpindell  I've been really lazy over the years... actually, most of my life. now I'm starting to eat the right food and I'm so anxious to start get fit. I gotta say thank you for these really inspirational videos, i mean, you're an encouragement and i really appreciate it.. ps.. I started with some running today, I'm gonna try this starting from tomorrow ..

I have never heard of a elevation training mask. I'm going to look into more of that product. Thank you for the training tips. keep up the amazing work.

He's huge! I didn't know you had a fitness channel. My cardio is terrible I should try this even though I'd probably only get through one rep. Cardio is not my strong suit.

Bruh, u really helped me, i did this as my endurance workout and did ur 5 min ab workout with 21's of push ups. I also work out at my high school for football. U really helpef me a lot. I lost 10 pouns fat and gained 15 back of muscle. Thank you SOOOO much #MarylandPride #Tpindell
