Allograft preparation for Evans osteotomy - flatfoot

During Flatfoot reconstruction sometimes the rep doesn’t have the exact size graft , so you have to cut it . This patient needed a 9mm graft and only an 8 and 10 mm were available . Dr.Watson had to cut a mm off with the saw blade .#wheresolesarehealed #gabluefoot #askdrwatson
