This song makes me think of my late husband everytime I hear it. "I never dreamed that I'd meet somebody like you... and I never dreamed that I'd lose somebody like you..." It's going on 2 years since his death. He was my rock, my everything, and it's been hard without him at times. "The world was on fire and no one could save me but you..." I was in a dark place when we first met and he helped me. He made me believe I could get through anything the world threw at me... until he died. He helped me through the toughest parts of my life and now that I face a new hurdle, he was no longer there. Part of me wishes I never fell in love, because then it wouldn't hurt so bad... but then I look at our two beautiful children and I am glad that we had four wonderful years together.
