Tom Brady played for the Patriots and with Belichick, so losing wasn’t an option. And plus, Bill Belichick was a head coach with the Browns and led them to a playoff win, was coached under Bill Parcells with the Giants and won 2 Super Bowls so when Tom Brady was drafted to New England, Belichick was already established as a head coach.

Brady is the GOAT. Not everybody can be the GOAT. Baker isn't Tom and for him to approach the game like Tom is a losing proposition. To be the best Baker is the priority and if having fun is the best route then so be it. Wherever Baker and his team is most comfortable, that's where the direction should go.

But the problem is it wasn't Baker's story to tell. He wasn't on the team so whatever he was told he should have kept it to himself. I don't blame Tom Brady because for him winning is what mattered and ask those guys who complained to Baker if they would give back those Super Bowl rings since they were so stressed out. I think most who work to make it to that level are glad to be there and have already won, while guys like you 3 and a relatively small number of others are playing for something much more...immortality.
