Best left back in the world, second best ever after Roberto Carlos and he still got some years to surpass him (if he wins the WC he will have IMO). I don’t think people realize that this guy in the video is basically the most gifted defender in the history of football, the things I’ve seen this guy do during the last ten years he’s been here in Madrid are just unthinkable for any other defender.

He is the best left back in the world it's true his weakness is in his positioning but there is not a single player in football that does not have a weakness just that Marcelo's strengths are incomparable in his position, he's so entertaining to watch on the ball without him on the field the game doesn't feel the same
