Oxnard used to be the poor man's Santa Barbara, with nothing to do but surf and go to the strip malls in Camarillo. Now it is a great place to invest!

Oxnard is an arm pit compared to other areas. Supposed to be kept as a working person's town.

It seems a extremely embellished view of oxnard. Oxnard is an agricultural town, whose biggest employer is a military base and probably the hueneme port neighboring city. The town sleeps at 9pm. Main language is spanish. Does anyone fact checks anymore, or only reporting!

Friends bought into a very nice gated community in Oxnard a couple years ago. They have no complaints.

I used to live in Oxnard from birth until 35 years of age, its ghetto, people are rude, its crowded, it has a lot of Gangs and crime. Illegal food trucks everywhere. We moved out soon after getting married and now live in Texas. Oxnard sucks
