I must have heard and respected this "Creed" at a very young age, I knew the saying but have never researched it before now. I'm 41 and since I was 13 I have had businesses/employees and my strategy was always to treat everyone kindly and equally but ALWAYS keep it known that my kindness was in complete contrast from my ruthlessness.
