I like this system and the water tastes good. I used a stick-on velcro wall mount so the filter can sit on the floor under the sink.

My water pressure dropped drastically, any advise? When pressure is good water is not going into filter (used it for a week opened it and filter was dry)

I have this same filter, mine constantly leaks where the supply hose goes into the filter housing, even plumbers tape wont stop it.

Any suggestions for removing the filter from the cartridge. I have the tool but it's not working it's stuck!

Returning it. I'm not dealing with metric to npt adapters that don't seem to exist.

Great filter next to impossible to use. It takes 2 people to get the filter out and the tool they give you just breaks. Then putting the whole thing back together is next to impossible. I will be replacing it with something more user friendly. Bad design frizzlife, really bad design.
