I just with that every goddamn video game on planet earth past 2006 wasn't a FPS view. Not everyone can play that. I dont see what would be so hard about adding a 3rd person view option.

I own playstation copy had it since i had ps4 2 years ago i am now on ps5 and this game gas had zero updates no dlcs like the car wash or airport . the devs promised end of year for us on console to get all dlcs pc had but yeah only 4wks left 2023 huge avoid on console

Short version... NO, it's not worth it. i bought the game and i really wish i did not.
