I love that this matchup was extremely archetypal. An army of more elite melee units vs a swarm of little gribblies. Seeing those archetypes interact in a balanced, exciting, interesting matchup was super fun. Also loved the tactics of doing a volley stun shot to try and prevent point scoring. So many cool mechanics got shown off and it was a super fun match.

I think that the balance of the detachments was really good in this game. It was a back and forth the whole time and made the game exciting.

I love to see the speed and intracacy of this game. It hasn't yet felt one sided, but I know I looked away and looked back and the board state changes so rapidly.

Loving the swing with boost - having that clutch play go off makes the game more exciting - atm between Ravaged Star, Warmachine Mk4 and the old world im so glad to see chaos return to tabletop stuff... though between my new RS Dwarves, Tomb kings and Shadowflame - im gunna be very busy with minis :)

It looks amazing. Just please, if you ever introduce an imperial guard type faction (I mean normal humans without any genetic super steroids or magic) please don't give them an incredible background only to turn them into walking meat shields five seconds later. Whose only purpose is to fill empty space and leave most of the work (if not all) to the tanks. A good balance would be appreciated.

If I drop 1500 dollars will I get what I ordered for sure. The long wait is what bothers me. I'm new to board games didn't realize if I ordered I'd have to wait so long. I completely understand the detail for every piece takes time. Does it come with a board to play on?

ravaged star looks fun, but I dont really like the new camera set up. handheld camera angles are just more interesting
