The Builders: Antiquity is a small card game published by Asmodee where 2-4 players compete to score 17 or more points by hiring skilled workers to construct buildings. This game is the sequel to The Builders: Middle Ages.

Actually, freeing a prisoner only costs 5 coins (one action's worth of money), not 7.
Nice playthrough though.

looks a bit like Splendor, the creamy color is really off-putting though

perhaps i missed it but how can you really shuffle the building cards so that they are drawn at random?

the components take up too much space, you cannot really shuffle the
building cards, the actual choice between workers is too small to
bother, the game has no “soul”, the transparent cards don’t stick well. Just look at the table, it's a mess!

Sure first time it's fresh and nice, but really, how can you possibly recommend actually owning this garbage - at any price.
