Should I take the current ITIL v3 or wait for ITIL 4 ?

I've been getting this question everywhere these days...
Should I take the current ITIL v3 (2011) Foundation exam or wait for the ITIL 4 Foundation exam on February 28th?

V3 and V4 are completely different, I think organizations will ask for both at some point depending.

I was planning to have ITIL 3 Practitioner exam, but after ITIL 4 released I became quie hesitant! should I go ahead with ahead with ITIL 3 Practitioner? or should I wait and do the ITIL 4 Foundation?
