Dalgona (달고나) isnt the cream on top of the "dalgona coffee" its actually a korean candy (also known as honeycomb candy in english) . This was and still is eaten by alot of people in all over the world just wanted to correct you

For less/no matcha powder clumps, use a matcha powder sifter.

Sift the matcha powder into a shake bottle, then add a bit of water.

Shake vigorously

If you’re using hot water, you can also use a hand frother to mix instead of shaking.

Cold or room temperature water would otherwise make matcha powder stick inside the hand frother whisk

I love coffee, but something about Dalgona coffee back in 2020 makes me nauseous (somehow the taste is gross to me???) but this matcha version looks really good! Gotta give it a try!
