One of the Admins of RoyalRoad contacted me and said that they have fixed the bugs. They didn't mention what bugs, so I generated the EPUB again, and No errors anymore, borders around every textbox (but not tables), Colored Textboxes got colors and my custom page breaks are in there. Great job! And in less than a day, color me impressed.
