I was released from the hospital after a bout of covid. I was put on this and am on day 9. I have hated every minute of it. I can't even walk across the room without feeling exhausted. I am jittery and my heart is racing. There was nothing said about coming off this slowly. Just take 10 days then stop. I am confused...has this been a good thing or not?

I love you Drbeen! - having been on high dose and then prolonged (nearly three years) steroids for GCA I have been wanting to see someone raise the adverse effects, I shudder at the thought of ever being on them again. I felt as though my body wasn't my own ....

Would like to know vitamin D status on these patients. Doesn't dexamethasone risk reducing vitamin D? Wonderful result, however, curious about future recovery status and secondary infection. Are these valid concerns?

Thanks a lot DrBeen. God bless. Can we use dexamethasone for hospitalized covid positive patients with mild symptoms or we wait for more severe symptoms necessitating intubation?

Timing of dexamethasone or methylprednisolone is critical. Glucocorticoids too early inhibit immune response, cause hyperglycemia. They are needed if and when cytokine storm starts. Finding the right trigger to start them will probably be something like ferritin.

Do steroids increase integrity of vessel wall or the opposite, they do break collagen of blood vessels? Or is the effect dose dependent?

What I would like to see are recommendations for prophylactic doses of all vitamins/minerals for people who have not had the virus. It would also be nice to list the lab tests that can determine the person's current bodily levels, as not everyone will be identically deficient.
I feel this is especially important for older adults, as this virus is likely to be around for years if a safe and effective vaccine is not developed.

Hi Sir really good explanation! Wanted to know something about the oral dose for toddler. My 3 year daughter was given two doses of oral dexamethasone for wheezing. Her cough went away completely but she started acting weird and her behavior changed completely. She having episodes of mood swings being cranky. Wanted to know for how long do these effects last or is it’s a permanent damage?

Thanks for your continious and easy video uploading. I have a question. Recently, I was covid positive. Now I am covid negative. I want to check my full body. So what type tests should I do concerning to covid affect? To assess whether covid did any internal damage?

STRANGE THAT the author is a BIG DATA specialist, not publishing data is problematic.

they have so many people dead, including in the group that does not need oxygen =

then the number of new people entering recovery cohort is suspiciouly high in a short period (as if they had all covid patients inside recovery ).

Hello Dr Mobeen. I have read in a medical paper that the highest concentrations of Ascorbic Acid are in the Adrenals and Pituitary. Unfortunately I have not found an explanation for this. I would be most grateful if you would explain why ascorbic acid is distributed in this way. Many thanks, fantastic information.
