If you want to build this keep in mind the following:

1. She goes quite fast (even with 0.25x speed)
2.Some things domt make sense so you might have to improvise (for example the roof in the toilet I had to block that off and build another toilet hanging off the right )
3. She doesn't include somethings (like wall trims or front lights)
4. If you want the porch you need basement gamepass

Other than this i build it and its okay!

i finally finished this build! the house looks amazing. I've gotten a ton of compliments already and this house can be decorated for every season. i did my own decorating and the final house costed me about 230k.. but it looks great. i would definitely recommend this build for a seasonal family home. its great!

update: i decorated it more. costed 550k

fyi, u will need basement pass to make the porch area but u can use simple shapes (it will be more expensive tho)
