Words like "outrage, " "shocked, " and "stunned" are totally meaningless - instead of words and prayers, there must be meaningful weapons systems brought into Ukraine, cruise missiles, anti-ship missiles, air defense system, and old Soviet aircraft plus old Soviet tanks would help. Maybe it is time for the United Nations to disolve, and create a new alliance with stronger rules. Nations who are involved in a war can present information but cannot vote on decisions about the war. That would include the US, if they were at war as well as Russia now.
