You have to remember boost is nothing but restriction. More restriction means more KR. I have a 2002 Regal GS with only 3000 miles on new crate motor, with CAI, ZZP long headers and 3 in DP, and complete 3 in catback, 1.8 YT roller rockers, tuned PCM, 3.5 pulley, colder 104 AL plugs to keep heat down. 180 Tstat. My boost levels have never gone over 9psi. You will blow that motor with that much boost bottled up, and no place to go. Your KR is most likely in the danger zone. Modifying these L67 is a constant battle with KR as any owner who modifies will tell you. You need supporting mods to run a 3.5 pulley without doing the little things you will be looking for a new motor like I did. Now I'm running 13.4 in the 1/4 and still have KR pulling hard in 3rd but not in the danger zone. Your first mod should be a aeroforce scan gauge mounted on your pillar post like I have to tell you in real time how much KR you have. Your Regal will love you and be a lot faster than it is now..Happy Modding1

Runs pretty strong for over 200, 000 miles

13lbs of boost with 3.5 inch pulley means too much back pressure from exhaust.

No ubend delete. I wouldn't even think about running more boost without a ubend delete no matter what intense says. I'm running a 3 inch downpipe from zzp and I'm running a 3.6 pulley.
