A recap, because I know it took me a couple viewings to understand what they were talking about:
1) There's 13.9 million acres of land that Fossil Fuel companies have leased but haven't begun drilling yet (this is in addition to the land they've already drilled) - equivalent to Maryland and New Jersey combined
2) All of them answering "no" to that last question means they want to secure even more land to drill even though they already have that 13.9 million acres just sitting there.
