The freezing glitch still works for me but if you do it too much the anti-cheat kicks you out it dosen't ban you though.

A more consistent method of doing this glitch is by holding the Minimize/Maximize/Close buttons (by either left or right clicking, without holding shift).
That way, it's also fine to move the mouse a bit, as you're not moving the window 🦅🦅🦅🦅

For those on Mac if you pull your mouse up to the top and click on the Mac options at the top you can spam them and it will freeze your game

Literally the crouching method is insanely more consistent & efficient it’s been here since before the first glitch

Tip: You can also hold the maximize button and the game will also freeze (+ you can move your mouse freely as long as u hold the left click)

You can also hold e and the radio key (r) so you don’t need to move forwards. I’m gonna assume barely anybody knows this.

If you do the crouching glitch you get kicked out the game because of the anti-cheat
