Beef jerky recipe’s

Honey Teriyaki Recipe – (Sweet)

1 kg of top or bottom round (or corned beef)

Marinade
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Cup Teriyaki Sauce
3 tbsps. Of Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp. Granulated Garlic Powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. of Black Pepper
2 tbsps. Of Salt
3⁄4 Cup of Honey
1⁄2 Cup of Brown Sugar

Spicy Beef Jerky Recipe – (Spicy)

1 kg of top or bottom round (or corned beef)

Marinade
1 1⁄4 Cup Soy
3 tbsps. Of Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsps. Granulated Garlic Powder or Minced Garlic
1 tbsp. onion powder
2 tbsps. Chili Powder
1/4 cup Chipotle pepper
3 tbsps. Of liquid smoke

Haha I clicked this vid coz I’m interested in a slicer, by the time i got to the end of the video I was less worried bout the slicer and now want to make some jerky again which I havnt done in aaaages.. haha good work

My issue is when I’m slicing, the meat sticks to the damn sliver blade and spins it all around! Any suggestions? Pull the meat away a little after every slice?

Good stuff young fella, nice recipe. I actually warm smoker my jerky with a variety of woods, will give your recipes a short.
Quick question - how’s the noise level of that slicer? I’ve heard some that can be heard blocks away, sound like electric drills on steroids. How does this one rate?

I'm looking up home appliance slicers bc, among other things, I started making my own deli meats and slicing meat is a pain just using a knife especially with bacon when you want nice even thin strips, but I also need one that doesn't take up too much counter space. I am considering this one, but given the size it might not be viable for entirely what I need
