'Beware of the Clown' is the second single from 'DARKADELIC', the Damned’s 12th studio album coming April 28th. The video stars founding member and the single's songwriter Captain Sensible as a politician cursed by all things clowny (any resemblance to real politicians is purely coincidental).

I was crestfallen to see so few views on the Damned Youtube page for this audio track, thank goodness everyone showed up here for the video, much better! This tune feels like a "grower" (Invisible man grew on me. Like a good fungus.)

It's like 'Catchphrase': 'Just say what you see' ...and that's exactly what these lads have always done and continue to do: They hold a mirror up to our ridiculous world and point out the silly and harmfull stuff so WE know what to dodge and what to kick against.
