This video makes me feel more comfortable about your products. First, I am familiar with Strager and respect him, so the fact that he likes the device apart from a few issues that appear to have been resolved is reassuring. Second, the fact that you took his concerns to heart and worked to resolve them is encouraging. Kudos.

Love the direction of this company and I'm loving seeing this sort of renaissance in input peripherals! As someone who switches between a lot of different tools (IDEs, DCCs, DAWs, game-engines, etc.) I one day await the perfect setup where I can type insanely fast (CharaChorder?), don't have to remove my hands from the board for low-mouse precision activities (CharaChorder+ integrated trackball/trackpad??), and have infinitely customizable programming for the keypad when doing hotkey + mouse/tablet heavy activities like drawing, 3D/sculpting, or gaming (I use a G13 for this, but it looks like CharaChorder can essentially bake this in as part of my keyboard and removes 1 more peripheral).

I love the charachorrder and this guy. I am holdin back on buying it, becausse I want my keyboard to be wireless. I stay followed to this channel. What a great journey!

Would love to start my kids off on one of these instead of a normal keyboard. I home school so I'm confident they would adapt to it quite quickly, and they've never used a qwerty keyboard. One day when I hit the lottery.

I'm happy for this feedback, expect your final thoughts about closed software. Tesla is by no means open source, bad example. You should focus on the technology of your hardware and make the software open source, so people can tweak it for their liking.

I feel like this video should just be response to this video, the first 21minutes of the video where you don't talk and just watch the video and take notes, are unnecessary, you can just say at the start of the video if someone needs full context they should check out the description where you link the video you're responding to, otherwise it feels like you're stealing his content when you don't say anything and just play the video. The response part of the video was good and I think that should've been the only part that was included in the video

I can feel how bad Riley’s feeling were when strager threw his charachorder to the trash! Seeing his "baby" thrown like that! But, that's how youtube works 😀

I ordered it last September after following charachorder for few months, but canceled it later after waiting for almost 2 months.
Right now, I am still considering to place my order again.

How the hell does locking down the firmware on your devices preclude you from making keyboards and keyboard firmware? If you wanna preserve the commercial value of your code, just GPL-license it so nobody else can really capitalize on it, save for the people literally doing most of the development and putting it in custom-designed keyboards (your company... and able-bodied hobbyists). Is all the value of your company contained within a list of processor instructions? I don't think so, and keyboard manufacturers like Keychron and Nuphy seem to agree with me (typing this on an Air96 with firmware I modified for myself BTW). Your intentionality with arbitrary end-user limitations imposed by your software and its inability to be replaced and modified makes me think your proclaimed interest in promoting accessibility in design is just what you say for PR, and you're not actually interested in promoting keyboards that look like yours (or at least lowering the barrier for entry) unless someone else with a lot of money and maybe who your investors like, licenses it from you.

Your keyboard indeed needs to be able to guess what the users is typing via a dictionary middleware,
and the consonants in the most common syllables need to be close to each other, like -tion, -less, -ness, con-.
