Hi Melissa wow I have just been researching natural sleep aids . Also for menopause and hot flushes . I’m like a Rotisserie chicken at night awake, hot flushes have been since start of menopause last year . Great video looking forward to trying the gloss and mascara . Melatonin doesn't help anymore and I've tried many brands. I'm now taking Ashwaganda, organic. This takes 1-2 hours to make me sleeply but that's fine. Sometimes I forget to take it at the right time and take it later but that's okay too. If I wake up between 3-6am, I can fall back to sleep with no problem, plus I do get much better sleep.

I used to only get eyelash serum with prostaglandins but after awhile I was noticing a big fat loss around my eyes! I was always looking so tired and old and then I read that prostaglandins can do this. I quit using the products with this ingredients, and I am now seeing my fat starting to return very slowly. I guess I would rather have short lashes than look tired and old!

Love this Melissa! You know what helped me (and still does) to sleep? Magnesium oil on the bottom of my feet before I go to bed and magnesium glycinate gummy before I go to sleep. About an hour before bed I also drink "sleepy time" tea. I think it has chamomile in it...super helpful! Full night sleep again... finally! I tried melatonin for a while, but felt groggy in the a.m.. As usual, I'm writing down several of your suggestions. I'm waiting to receive the oil pulling products and teeth whitening strips you just recommended too! xoxox Maria
