True Crime - The Mad Trapper of Rat River - Soft Spoken

Показать описание
Soft spoken ASMR true crime. In 1931, a man with the alias of Albert Johnson built a cabin in the Rat River area within the Inuvik region of the Northwest Territories, Canada. After several complaints of trapping without a license, he engaged in a firefight with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and led them on a seven week manhunt across the Canadian Arctic. The true identity of who this man was, is still a complete mystery today. Hope you find this case interesting! Thanks so much for watching. This is meant as an interesting story / video done in an ASMR fashion to help people relax. Please keep in mind that there's always a chance that I could get some of the information / facts incorrect, and I really do apologize if any of the information is inaccurate.

No matter what you're going through at this particular time, I truly hope that this video can help calm your mind and give you a small space of tranquility away from the outside world. I appreciate you so much and am forever grateful for this platform. Thank you for being here. See you soon.

Hi guys! Thank you so so much for clicking on the video. This is content I truly enjoy making and have so much fun doing it. Please, if it’s not a bother, could I ask that you consider hitting the like and subscribe button? I know I sound like a broken record, but it would mean the world to me if I felt that this is content that I should keep making 💜 I know how easy it is to watch a video and not do those things, so I’m sorry for asking looool 😂

When you’ve watched almost every asmr true crime video of Leah, you need to go back to a year ago to find one you’ve not listened to… ill get a good night sleep with this one then

I’ve stumbled upon this channel just recently and I have to say, I really appreciate the stories you choose. I love learning about all true crime with ASMR, but I feel like older stories are more separated and easier to enjoy in this format.

been trying to find other amsr channels who tell asmr true crime after watching your vids of true crime, but your voice and tone is unmatched. It's relaxing yet easy to take in the information in where others kinda do a whisper and it's kinda frustrating. keep up the good work

There's a Charles Bronson movie from '81 called "Death Hunt" that loosely adapts this story, if anyone is running out of quarantine viewing. (Great channel, btw).

One of my classmates was a retired RCMP and he was one of the men who arrested the Rat River Trapper. In his den he had a snowshoe, if I remember correctly, belonging to the Rat River Trapper. He would show us things he had collected from his cases. I am from the small village of Red Bank in New Brunswick. Interesting case Leah@

Long time viewer and subscriber here Leah. I love watching you and listening to these stories you narrate so well. It makes a change from the irritating tapping, scratching and none sensical mouth noises that a lot of less experienced asmr artists put on their videos. I hope you will be making more of these, you're so natural x

Please make more of these...absolutely wonderful. I'm replaying the few you have and they're helping me through a bout of insomnia! So thank you very much 😊.. roleplays are too busy for my brain, quiet stories are the ticket❣

Been intrigued by the legendary mad trapper of rat River or nearly 40 years. Another good one you might talk about is the 1930s Wyoming manhunt of Earl Durand AKA Tarzan of the Tetons.

Loved loved this! I commented on your previous video on Ida Johnson and said how much I enjoyed that one and this is just as good! Really well researched and explained too. I listened to it all in one go while cooking. Thanks so much for making it! xxxx
