Mounting of ball-bearing partial extension runners for 17mm: Do-It-Yourself with Hettich

Показать описание
If you wish to fit ball-bearing partial extension runners into a piece of furniture without pre-drilled hole line, you must first mark the fixing positions. Runners are always mounted flush with the front edge of furniture. The first hole -- regardless of runner length - is always 37 mm in from the front edge. All other holes are determined by drawer length and height.

Now hold the roller runner in place and screw it to the carcase at the marked positions or at the drill holes already provided.

Having done this, push the drawer by its grooves onto the runners and fix the drawer in place using an M4 screw provided.

Hi there, I have a few drawers and their runners have distorted and broken - loosing the roller balls in process. These are for Ikea drawers a few years old and they don't stock these or supply the runners.
Where can I purchase 6 sets of your runners - 17mm X 570 closed and more than 1 meter when fully extended?
Best Regards

How do I put the grooves in the drawer so I can install the slides?
