The first-ever? Hard to say but the oldest version of the story was Saint Theophilius of Adana in the 6th century AD. The story goes that he was offered the position of bishop but in his humility turned it down. The new bishop then removed him, unfairly from his position as archdeacon. Regretting his decision Theophilius sought out a necromancer who summoned Satan for him. Satan insisted he renouncesigns Christ and Mary and sign a contract in blood. After he had done so he was made bishop.

Later he came to fear for his soul and prayed to Mary for forgiveness. After 40 days of prayer and fasting, Mary appeared and chastized him for his actions. He begged and she promised to intercede with God and after another 30 days of fasting the contract appeared on his chest. He had the true bishop burn it and supposedly died out of sheer joy.

While this story is likely a myth Theophilius was a historical figure and his story had a massive influence in later centuries. Many of the elements brought up during the witch trials of Europe are here and it's similar to later stories like Faust.
