Hi Jimmy, thank you for this Live Learning session. If I am not interested in Cloud certifications, would you start with ACP-100 or ACP-610? Or maybe both? I am already a Jira admin looking to solidify my skills with the exams.

Question regarding PSI - I've recently bought an exam (APB-220) via PSI and I've paid it with my company card and with that, I have to submit purchase 'receipt' for that transaction. With this new system PSI is using, even though you enter billing details and such through those steps you mentioned, you only get a booking information with some basic information stated there. I've contacted PSI regarding that and asked for proper invoice, and they pretty much 'ditched' me saying this booking confirmation is only thing I can get...
Any feedback or maybe an advice on that? My colleagues and I discussed this and were thinking that maybe the better way, in this case if you need some kind of invoice regarding the purchase, would be to buy Atlassian voucher and then just enter it on PSI as for voucher, you at least get an actual invoice rather than just booking confirmation.
